Please help me!!.Nokia pc suite recognizes my nokia 7610 when it is connected to the pc but when I try to transfer data towards and for,or i try to do any other operation,a message appears saying"process cannot be accomplished".Nokia says my mobile has been affected from a virus and a firmware upfate must be done.I bought a new cable but had no result.what i can do?

It's unlikely to be a virus. But it's certainly worth wiping the 7610 and trying the connection again, to prove the point.
1)backup your 7610 to a MMC card
2)remove the card
3)hard reset it (usual three button sequence, power, green-star-3)
4)try connection again
Now you'll be able to tell if the problem is with the phone (unlikely) or with the PC/Windows/PC Suite (probable).
