Slow Bluetooth Download rate

I've got a problem with my 7610, more specifically with the bluetooth....

When I receive any file via bluetooth from other phones, the receive/download rate is around 20KB/s, which is quite slow, compared to the send rate of around 40-50KB/s(when I send files to other phones).
I have tried pairing, using all types of phones (Sony Ericssons, other s60s and Samsungs), but I think the problem is on my side.

I have noticed the same thing with other 7610 phones...

Should I update my firmware, or else is there a patch for this problem.

My firmware version:
V 4.0437.4
15-09-04
RH-51
Note: No antivirus installed.

Too many running apps on the background maybe?
Try to run phone with Safe Mode?
Free up C/D drive?
Empty msg?
Change the msg location to MMC?
Format phone & MMC?
Virus?

Nope....
It's the CPU (123Mhz) that's making the Bluetooth slow(compared to other s60 220 Mhz).

the speed of ur blueooth is not really depends on ur phone! its depends on the person wo send the files to u and the person u send ur files to

Person? What do u mean? I don't get it.
AFAIK, BT depends on file size and the range. But I ain't so sure...
