guys, this cud sound weird, but i just replaced my old 7650 with a new 7650, now im wonderin if it is possible that the data ive stored in my old 7650 backup in my pcsuite could be restored into the new one... is this possible? :-?

@mrs: I have huge problems with my 7650-backup.
since now, I have no solution regarding getting the backup from my old 7650 on my new one. you can save data everytime, but I think I made the mistake and gave the new 7650 the same name in the PC suite as the old one.
Backup of a different phone with erlier data .... hm.. i suspect the trouble might be due to the Individual Unique Device Ids??
Yes it is a troubel to do this.
But my trick is:
make a backup to PC with another phone-name!!!(important)
then open the old Backup in direwctory:
C/nokia/name of your old phone/backup/internal/system/data:
there u will find Contacts.rsc and another file,call:ctnModel.ini
copy those files into your new backup.
(same directory inside the new backup.)
after that,open the suite,make a re-back-up of the contacts on your 7650,and finish.
The rest u could also install direkt.
