Hi,
I've got some problems with my (new) Nokia 6630 and the Nokia PC Suite. Everytime I want to connect it doesn't recognize my phone. But when I restart my phone and than connect it, it does, however when I disconnect it again and reconnect it, it doesn't work again 😞.
I already tried to Hard and Deep reset the phone but that appearently doesn't work, I also tried to reinstall ALL the Nokia software but that doesn't work either.
Someone got any suggestion, cause the phone is driving me nuts atm.

Me too 😞 I got error like "...click OK to terminate the program or CANCEL to debug the program". And sometimes when I try to pairing it again (manual), I receive error "Unknown phone type".
I'm using the latest ver. of PC Suite, WIN2K Pro SP4. To fix the problem, I just restart my PC then it back to normal again. PC suite will auto detect my phone.
Anyone that has this kind of problem ?
And why is RealOne Player so unstable.. Everytime I want to quit it hangs, someone also got a solution for that ?

In my experience, PC Suite 6.7 is buggy, I had all sorts of problems with it, including the symptoms you tell of.
The fix? Going back to the latest release of 6.6 (rel 18)! Let me know if you can't find it on the net.

After losing it again on my new phone :P I just deep and hard resetted the phone and memory card, tried again and guess what ? It worked again. It was the theme I was using that was being the stupid $&^$^#%$#... So now I've another (nice) theme on and it works again..

Glad you're sorted, though I have trouble understanding why a theme could sabotage PC connectivity. Must have been something else low-down in the file system, I guess.
Anyway.... 8-)
