MPEG Layer x -> MP4

Does anyone know of an encoder which will allow me to convert .mpg in to .mp4? I've got some mpegs it would be cool to play on the phone! A convertor to go the other way would be handy as well... to let those without the mp4 player watch my phone videos!.

You'll need quicktime PRO 6
But i couldnt get any sound with that..i think hantrocp does not support sound....

You are right,HantroCP does not support sound,someone once posted that an app with these features in heavy development:

Adjusting mp4 quality
Better framerates.
Sound.

I dont know what happend to it!??
