after i installed some 3rd party applications (actually i'm not sure which one) my phone can't open txt files. i uninstalled that progs but same problem...:frown:
there's an error msg : "File Manager: Unknown file format (-12003)
i guess original file manager is damaged or something like that.
can anybody help me to fix it please?

Try to delete files on 'recogs' folder 1by1 on C or E drive.
Actually, the file is located in E:\System\Recogs\PTBoot.mdl
