Anywayz, you have to send your ringtone to your phone via Bluetooth or Infrared (roo7 ayya ma7al jawal ya36eek infrared adaptor)

Then after you send it there, you get it as a message, open the message and save it, it will be saved to your recorder (delete the message after especially if it's WAv, cause it takes alotta space) then you when you want to pick your ringing tone, you'll find yours there.

Search around in the Multi Media section and you'll find lots of cool ringtones, and tips and tricks about them.
