Emergency Numbers in the N70

Hi All

I have recently changed to the N70 and I have a problem reaching my voicemail. The access number here in the Philippines is 100, but everytime I call this number I get the message that I am trying to reach an emergency number and it then tells me the number I should call. :con?

Obviously there is an emergency number set in the phone somewhere but I cabn't find it nor can I find any reference to it any where.

Any help would be much appreciated.

The list of emergency numbers is built-in and can't be changed. Can you call your operator and ask if there is an altenate number for accessing your voicemail (one that would also work when you travel outside your home country should work)?
