Hi, i live in US and i own a SX1 phone few months ago i have been problem with my phones and tried to contact siemens Help Desk but they are pointing me to the link which i have already went thru several times....
I found this forum and though u guyz might be able to help me with the issues
- My phone reboots while i am on the call the issue is sporadic.
- Now i am having problems with the volume, while i am talking to some body the volume starts to die off and only way to fix it to toogle b/w the speaker function and handheld function, which is one of the annoying issues, and in some cases when the phone ringes i cant hear the other person until i toogle.
- Lastly i'm trying to check what firmwear my phone has i tried to follow the instruction posted on this forum what key is the "right soft key" ??
I will appreciate any kind of help...😊
Need instructions
The right softkey is the key to the right of the "joystick" (above the red/hangup key).
The firmware version is (or should be) displayed, when you type *#0000# on the standby state (where you'd dial a number to make a call).

So the version i have on my phone is 12.2 ?
Can you point me to the place where i can find any upgrades on firmwear?
