Ive done a hard reset on my n70
Now when i go into contacts there is nothing there.
If i browse my N70 thru PC suite all my contacts are there but i cant see them thru my fone contact app.
Any way of getting them back without entering each one individually again?

What is your setting for contacts, is it set to show only SIM card (maybe empty?)
The contacts in PC are not propably in your phone, they just appear to be and actually read from the phone to PC side and shown under contacts folder.
You can try to highlight he list of contacts and move those to another folder in PC. Then move them back to "contacts" folder and see if they get syncronised back to phone.

Sorted it now, tried what u said & it seems my phone wasnt synching with pcsuite correctly. Fixed that & it updated my contacts.
Ive now copied them all to SIM now to make sure 😉
