6682 how do I move files from inbox to MMC flash memory?

I've installed a DV RS MMC module in my Nokia 6682 (Cingular US) but I cannot figure out how to move files from inbox to the memory card. I've installed several programs on the 6682 by transferring the .sis files in via bluetooth and executing from the inbox; that's worked well and I am pleased with my first-time symbian experience. I'd like to keep the install files handy, but not in the phone's main memory as I've already had occasional low-memory warning.

In the Messaging app, hit "Options", choose "Settings" and look for the "Memory in use" setting (and change it from phone memory to the memory card).
