Installation files

I bought a new flash card for my N70. My old card have some installation files for some applications, how can i transfer these files to my new card ?

rename the extenstion.to something like .sis_ on your old card then name them back to .sis when thier on your new card

I can view them only under Tools>Manager and i don't have the option to rename them or transfer them anywhere coz simply they dnt appear anywhere when i'm using PC Suite.
