hi i have got the tomtom software but wen i load it up it does not show any voice files and it does not show any maps what is the correct way to transfer them???

Think I'm right in saying the only way of transferring them is via Memory Card Reader (if this is what you mean).
Transfer the folders containing the maps and voices to the root directory of the MMC.
