Virus, Corrupt MMC?

Hi
Apps (Java programs) has stopped opening in my phone. As it tries to shows the program it says system error and closes. I browsed my phone with system explorer and pc mobile drive. Both show that in e:\system\midp\ a folder PHONE2PLAY is there which has other sub-folders and files in it with weird characters. The folders and sub-folders can't be deleted but give an error. fexplorer doesn't even open PHONE2PLAY. I don't remember having installed any program like PHONE2PLAY. No virus has been found as i scanne the whole mobile. The same problem has started with another folder I do remember installing, CASINO. It's also got weird non-deletable files. Is that why my Apps programs aren't opening?

I was installing nes roms from the internet (through the bluetooth, i don't have GPRS enabled) when this first appeared. The mobile itself switched off.

Could you tell me what problem I am having (MMC corruption, virus, or any other). I'd be grateful if you could help me out in this.
Thanks.
Gaurav
