trouble with pc sync cannot use media modules

can anyone help me? i installed nokia pc suite version 6.7 and i cant seem to get it to work it says cannot use media modules code:listallmediamodules.

it tells me to reinstall but i still get the same results when i do.

help!

have you try to run a cleaner 3.3 ? ( Available at Nokia europe )... if not, install it using the option marked as Other problem, then reinstall the Nokia pc suite, and try again...
