Steve here, I'm trying to sort out a new format for my Smartphones Show and want to see if my files play OK in the browser window on an Apple Mac.
Anyone able to try this for me? If you load up http://3lib.ukonline.co.uk/sshow/test.html on a Mac, does the test video clip auto-play, as it does on a PC?
Please reply here if it works. Or doesn't!
Cheers

Steve,
loaded up fine and auto played on my Dual G5 no probs, although I'm running latest QuickTime Pro so it ought to really.
Aside from my usual browser, Firefox, also tested on Safari, Netscape Navigator & Internet Explorer and all fine on my set up.
Hope that helps

Thanks! Anybody else on a Mac with just the standard QuickTime setup? i.e. without having paid for the Pro edition?

Thanks all. Smatrphones Show 7 onwards will be with MP4 extension, meaning that it will now play directly on PCs/Macs/iPods *and* smartphones 8-)
