I have a few games which im trying to install but they are .exe files. When a click to install them it cannot connect to the phone. Ive install activesync but still no luck, any advice?

ActiveSync is for Microsoft Windows Mobile based phones or PDAs. It will not work with Nokia phones.
The .exe files might not be for your Nokia phone at all, but for something else. Hard to say without more details from you. Applications you install on N70 or N90 would generally be in a *.sis file or a *.jar file.
