How do i transfer phone video to my PC?

A few questions:

1)
I have just bought my phone of ebay uk (with no manual) so i am picking everything up on the fly. How do i upload video from my phone (6260) onto my PC?

2)
Also how long would a video last on a 1gb MMC card?

1) use, e.g., PC Suite (http://www.nokia.com/pcsuite) or an USB card reader to copy/move video files between the phone and PC.

2) About 1MB per minute. 1GB = 1024MB (minus some taken by formatting the card with a file system).
