9500 Caller display

Please !!! can anyone help.

I have just begun using the 9500 on vodafone. I've copied all my contacts from my old Nokia 6630 using Nokia PC suite.
When anyone calls me it only displays the number and not the name!!!
There are no duplicates in my phone. I've attempted to delete and recreate contacts but to no avail.

Anyone any ideas?

I am not certain, but I've read somewhere that this phenomenon can occur with contacts that only has a First Name or a Company Name. This is a long shot, but you could try checking if the contacts with a Last Name get shown correctly....
