sound during call recording

i am using natural recoder for recording calls.
i hear a constant beep during the call, it is so loud that even the other peroson hears it too. it sounds after every 5 seconds.

is there any way to end that continuous beep be removed, any software may be?

plz help, i m desperate about it :redface:

There's nothing u can do about ot. It's a h/w feature.
