I just wish that the Nokia N-Gage QD was a little bit faster when used as a modem for my laptop. I am a subscriber with T-mobile and I have tried to use my phone as a modem. I also have a Toshiba with a 1.8 celeron processor with 752 mb RAM. If I could only get the speed it takes to download something on the Internet about 30% faster, I would be set. 28.8 kbps would be fine for me, but I can't seem to get that speed. Any ideas on how to get a faster download speed? Thanks.
Nokia N-gage QD as a modem
I think is depend on network service and the phone. Such as EDGE/WCDMA.
The QD does support basic GPRS (not EDGE or WCDMA/UMTS).
