Good afternoon, just a quick hi,i have just joined the forum after buying a Nokia N70 yesterday, and i have been getting used the difference between the old xda i had and the N70.
Ok a question i have bought TomTom Mobile and a 1GB card and installed as via the instructions onto the card,it says i should find a tomtom start icon in my programe menu, well ive looked all over but nothing,i have also just read somewhere that if i transfered the programe from the installation disc using the Nokia data cable it may not work and i should use a card reader,im wondering if this is the problem.
Any body help a novice please, and suggest a way ropund my problem.
Sorry for the long post and i hope ive posted in the right area.
Thx
Nige

If youve installed tomtom properly? it should be in 'my own' folder and theres no problems using the supplied n70 data cable to transfer the tomtom files, It worked for me that way transferring the tt files.

Thx for your reply Hammer,i will try to reinstall this evening and see how things go,i checked the kingston 1gb card and all the files where there, but there was nothing i could do to execute the programe,
