Iam using nokia 6260 and synchronising with pc sute on my computer the problem is mobile is not responding for synchronisation saying

You could try a newer PC Suite version: http://www.nokia.com/pcsuite
You could also check if reformatting the phone helps reset something that causes the error. Instructions here apply to the 6260, too: http://www.allaboutsymbian.com/forum//forum/thread/17507/
A last resort would be to have the phone updated (flashed) with the latest software (firmware) by a Nokia service/repair center: http://www.nokia.com/repair
