Sorry if this has been covered before, but is there any software that would allow me to save messages(text) from my PC directly to my cell-phone using Infra-red or Bluetooth ?
Tranferring messages from my pc to cellphone
Well, it's easy right? If the msg (PC), formatted with .txt, use BT. Every msg/data sending from BT will receive in 'messaging'.
Well i was looking for a better option ,as in, the way in which we can read messages from my cell using Oxygen Phone Manager or Nokia PC Suite, but none of them support "write"(save) to cell..
Have u heard abt a utility called MultiTasker ?
http://www.jsimplesolutions.com/pdmt.htm
In the features list,it mentions
"File SMS via BT/IR/Data Cable
User can type the messages and transfer it from PC/LapTop to your mobile Via BT/IR/Data Cable and send to other uses as File SMS / default way ."
Any idea how to do that ?
Anyways,thanks for ur help..
You may read the messages from the phones with the trial version of Oxygen Phone Manager II for Symbian OS Phones and export them to some file, which you may transfer via IrDA or BT to any of your phones again.
Well, just copy the msgs in inbox from PC Suite into ur hardisk and right click on it.
