Sendo X can't synchronize contacts

We have a Sendo X, Outlook calendar and Outlook express email can be synchronized with it. But can't sync. address book.
Sendo PC Connect Version: 0.9.0.37
My note book use Windows XP Professional SP2.
My address book is in Outlook Express, it's .wab file.
The error message is
Device contacts problem (unspecified error)
There was an error reading the contact data
The Version of Outlook Express 6, 6.00.2900.2180(xpsp_sp2_rtm.040803-2158). Same as Address Book version
Please advise.:con?

Try reformatting your phone by holding down the 5 key as you turn the phone on. *make sure you do a full backup of the phone first, as this will delete all your data*
