Tomtom mobile instilation problems — Nokia N70, N72 and N90

Hi, wonder if anyone can help me. Ive read most of the tomtom threads in the forum, but cant seem to find the amswer

Im having problems installing the tomtom mobile software on my phone. Ive copied the files from the tomtom directory onto my memory card, but when i put the card back in my phone nothing happens. The software is there because i can see it when i go into file explorer on my phone. I just cant get it to install

Ive used a card reader to get the software onto the memory card, because ive read you can have problems using the data suite. Ive also gone into the applications manager and made sure that the software instilation is on

Ive also tried navigating to Ttmobile.app, but when i click on it it says 'unable to execute file for security reasons'

Ive got a N70, with a 1gb memory card

Anyone got any ideas, cos its starting to drive me insane!

Are you using the right version of Tom Tom?

The N70 is a Symbian 60 handset.

Hi,
I am having the same problem, the software was bought for the N70. i originally put them into one of the folders on the car but later told to drop them one by one straight onto the card. i pick them up in the file manager but not in "my own" folder. when i try to open in file manager says the same unable to execute because of a security reason.

Thanks for replying.

Got it sorted in the end. Problem was i didnt put it on the main directory on the memory card, i had it in another folder.

Put it on the main directory, showed up in 'my own', everyones a winner!
