Hanging N9500

I am using Nokia 9500 since few months. The mobile gets hung occasionally and the only way I can get it again work is to remove the cell and power on again. Has anybody encountered the same with this model and any solution to this. Can somebody tell me how to format this. Appreciate your reply.

if you want to format your phone just restart your phone (by a software or removing your battery) and hold CTRL + SHIFT + F while booting up. :icon14:
