You want the Nokia Multimedia Converter: http://www.forum.nokia.com/main/0,,034-63,00.html
It can convert any file you have a codec installed for in Windows to a 3gpp which can be played by the movie player in your A1000.
Also, it's free with no restrictions.
i got the program but how to get the codec? and what is the size that i should use!
thx for fast answer btw :icon14:
If you can watch the video with Windows Media Player, you already have the codec installed. NMMC uses the same codecs.
And about the size; experiment. See what works best. If the size and detail is to high the converted clip may stutter on your phone, but then again if it's too low it'll just look blurry. You have to find a middle ground that you're satisfied with. Just remember that the A1000 isn't a speed demon. It wasn't meant to play fullframe movies in high quality 😉
naaah.... too bad... i was thinking about to connect my a1000 to the tv and watch a full lenght movie :P
no i am just kidding :P
