Can"t be deleted!?

I have this chess genius software installed in my phone but I can't delete it, not found in the manager, could anyone help?

Then how do you know it's installed?

If the situation is like this: You can see the icon of the program, but it does'nt work, due to you fiddling around with the programs files using a file manager software like SeleQ or File Manager. It happened to me, and i simply installed that specific app (again) and then i uninstalled it succesfully.

Other than that, try using your file manager to clean out all the other remaining files of that program.

If you have a filemanager installed you could just remove the file from the directory, you didn't by any chance remove the "installer" because you thought you didn't need it and it was taking up 2kb? 😃

thks alot 7650 moderator...reinstalling it sure worked. I do have SeleQ but I haf'nt touch any files b4 or maybe i did accidentally 😮ops: Anyway thks.

you didn't by any chance remove the "installer" because you thought you didn't need it and it was taking up 2kb?

I always had the temptation to delete it!!! But i end up doing something else 😃

Hope we have guide you how to delete it without problem now...

BTW, i have face same problem too but i did not use SeleQ or any filemanager appl. What i do was I off my phone and ON it again, goto the App and delete it as normal way. It's will work too.
