Web: Server Connection Dropped!!!

Hello

I have a Nokia N-gage QD with an O2 Pay as you go sim card.
Ive been able to access WAP through GPRS ever since I bought it until about 3 weeks ago.
I originally had the GPRS settings sent to me from the O2 website and I havent changed the settings ever.
Every time I try and connect to WAP, the phone makes a GPRS connection like before. A logo of a G flashes and the phone states it is connecting. The message stops and the G keeps flashing, just like it used to.
It doesnt do anything for a while and then a message comes up with Web: Server Connection Dropped.
I know it isnt the site Im trying to connect to because I have tried several different ones.
What is wrong with it?
Every time I try it even takes some of my credit so it must be connecting somehow.
I have tried at all different times of the day in case of congestion and even formatted my phone.
As soon as I had the settings the phone just did exactly the same thing.
O2 said they can only help if the GPRS service is off for my sim card and they said it is on as default for the sim card I bought.

Please can some help be given,

Thanks,

Colin
