7610 pc suite probs

hi there what a great forum it is here hope you lot have the answer
i instaleed the pc suite and tried to send tomtom to it but i get the error saying this operation cannot be carried out
also i cannot transfer music to it either???

How the size of the tomtom? Do u use ur MMC to receive 'Messaging' ?

yes its got a mmc card in it 512mb it is i cant even use pc suite to send any files to it for some reason?? getting mad now flaming thing haha

What I mean is did u use ur MMC to get any message? ...and how much is the size of ur tomtom exactly?

I have the same problem! When i connect my 7610 to the pc suite and trying to transfer files or install programs it just says " the operation could not be completed "
but I can transfer files from phone to PC.. i hard formated the phone *#7370# but it still wont work..
anybody knows how to solve this problem???

ok i solved the problem!! 😊
First uninstall pc-suite and all nokia connections installed on computer (go to control panel/add/remove programs), then go to http://europe.nokia.com/A4144903 and first install the cable drivers and after that install the latest nokia pc suite! It worked fine for me 😊
