I was in a cyber cafe with a friend when a guy gave us a file from a flash disk to install the latest updates onto a sendo X and that it would stop all the faults on the sendo...Anyway i got home and tried the stuff which said I need to PUT off my phone, and press * and then simulteneuosly press the power button to activate the download mode screen for the sendo X.
This I did, and it got into the download mode, displaying a sendo X phone connected to a PC on my sendo X screen.
I followed the processes explained,
connect you sendo with ur data cable to the computer
make sure u back-up your phone before doing all of this, i did also
and started the update, which started with a screen that showed install, instruction etc, from which I got all the details of entering the DOWN LOAD MODE, during installation, it never got to the end and gave me an error and then said, disconnect ur smart phone and the connect again then try the process again, i did this which still gave me the same error, and so i got fed up and decided to stop.
disconnected my sendo X and tried putting it off, refused, tried the * and power again still stood at the DOWNLOAD MODE, so i decided to remove the battery and put it back in, then start my system, since then, my Sendo X has neither refused to come on or charge..Help me somebody..it's all I got.
