I agree and have stopped chomping for the latest model since experience has taught me to wait for buggy firmware and other issues to be identified and rectified before moving on... and before the Microsoft fangirls get excited, their toys are no better (whatever happened to that MPx220?)

I totally agree with the sentiments expressed by both of you, but on the other hand every bone in my body screams out for the next big thing. And at least a part of that comes from sucessfull past experiences. Like getting one of the first "converged" devices with WiFi. Okay, there were other niggles etc, but having WiFi built into my phone has completely changed the way I use it (as well as cutting my data bill in less than half - paying for itself).
So, whilst the sensible side of my brain agrees that waiting for others to iron out the bugs leaving me with a stress-free device is the way to go, the emotional, irrational side of my brain will probably win out and I'll still be resetting and rebuilding on a regular basis twelve months from now.
And you know what, I wouldn't have it any other way 😊
