I've ordered one from www.ucables.com (again - where I got my first one) for �39.

Maybe I'll keep it this time for when I go to 4.13 (or whatever comes after that).

I just got one from a geeza on Yahoo Auctions, selling them off at �10.50 a time, with free p&p... Just waiting for arrival in the post.

FLIPSIDE - CANCEL IT - IT DOESN'T WORK - IT'S THE ONE I JUST BOUGHT. Irving Mobiles or something like that - it's the switchable FBUS/MBUS and they don't work!!!

I've ordered a PROPER one - I know they work as it the one I bought before. If you want when I've received it I'll send it to you and you can activate netmonitor (so you don't need one) and you can then send it back to me...

I ordered an MBUS cable from www.ucables.com a while ago but the cable I was sent couldn't be pluged into my 9210 (much wider than the phone's data socket). It seemed that they sent me the wrong cable. I've sent them numerous inquiries but they don't seem to have enough decency to reply. mailtoBA@#$%DS!!BA@#$%DS!!</a>

No problem - I only ordered it today so give it a few days and we can sort it out.

Bad news Flipside - ucables.com are sending out the switchable cables now, so I now have 2 cables that don't work! I've sent them an e-mail so I'll let you know what's happening.

Excellent, that would be great, but can I suggest sending it to Flipside first as my 9210 is about to go back to Nokia again as my upgrade to 4.13, which communicaid spell 3.62 has given me a few problems so it's going back to them some time next week for another try at giving me 4.13.

Patrick, have you tried sending the cables back to Irvine Mobiles or not. Before I see if they take the thing back (I couldn't cancel before as it was in the post...)

I tried it just in case the possibility was it was a firmware thing, but no luck.

I've been "talking" to him via e-mail and he's said that he's had a few 9210 users telling him that and he has given me the choice of being sent another to try - just in case - or to send it back for a full refund. He seems fine about it so I suggest e-mailing him.

Thanks John, it arrived this morning, now can someone tell me the exact settings to turn on so I can make it pretend my DLR-2P cable is actually an M/FBus one? Also any other things that will also be useful to enable while I'm using netmonitor.

To Activate FBUS mode on a DLR-2 Cable Select NetMonitor function 31 it will toggle into FBUS mode and Serial Mode (For DLR-2 Cable) Note FBUS mode is not compatible with NokiaSync !!!!

Thanks, I'll have to keep hold of it for a few days a Communicaid picked up my phone today Hopefully I'll get 4.13 this time...

I have enabled NetMonitor as Engineering in LogoManager, but when I try using option 31 to switch modes and use my DLR-2 cable Logo Manager still won't connect to it (yes I did change it over to FBUS, and did close PC Suite)

BTW, does anyone have a graphic of the 9210 to replace the gash looking 8210 that comes up in logomanager when I connect my phone.

Hi guys... Just browsed thru your messages. I would ,ike to activate my net monitor as well, having a hell of a time tryin to find out how. Well, basing it from what I have read, I can not use my DLR-2L cable yet if net monitor is not activated... that posses as a chicken and egg problem to me... By the way am from the Philippines...
