Simcard Rejected

After trying the pukcode and phone code for a while because the keys werent workin now it says simcard rejected, does that mean i cant use this sim card any more? Is there any way to get it going again?

Did u retry to entering the PIN more than 10 times b4 applying the PUK? If yes then u must change the SIM.
