Do i need a GPS receiver of somekind or some other hardware to be able to use TomTom?

Or does it triangulate by its self from the radio masts?

that seems too good to be true xD

You need a GPS receiver of somekind or some other hardware to be able to use TomTom.

Triangulating by its self from the radio masts would be cool...and can be possible in the not-too-distant-future.

Jon

heh, ahh well xD

and its already available in the UK and the US i beleive, with several companies allowing parents to track their kids locations and such via their mobiles.

Im not sure how accurate it is though.

My next phone I buy really have to got an build in GPS receiver.

It's a pitty it doesn't excist for mobiles with popport.
GPS receiver click-on-popport thing would be cool.
(or wifi, or irda, or so much more) They should have to expand the use of the popport and not only use it for headsets.
