I had install in a N91, the 3250 Themes!
Maybe, is a security problem.
Seach in Tools, Aplications Manager, Options, Definitions, Install Software - change to Yes.
I think is that the problem, because in N91, everythink works OK!
Is the same OS and the same screen resolution.
You have to make sure the software / files you are trying to install are S60 3rd Edition compatiable.
Damn! The navicore GPS software is only for S6.0v2!!
On the box it works also on N70.
😞
Thank you for the answers...
I know Navicore are planning a S60 3rd Edition version - might be worth contacting them to find out if you will be able to get it.
TNX rafe, i'm new on this forum, but i've just find the good place for my problems...
😊

:icon1: Thank you for emailing Nokia Careline.
In response to your inquiry, please be advised that the Nokia N70 supports
the Symbian 8.1 operating system and Series 60 rel. 2.8 user interface.
However, the Nokia 3250 supports the Symbian 9.1 operating system and
Series 60 rel 3.0 user interface.
Pertaining to the Bluetooth modem connectivity issue, it would be best to
contact the Nokia Careline Italy Technical Support Professional from a
landline with the mobile and computer ready. This will also enable them to
guide you through the steps and provide you a solution. :icon1:
I'll write here next answers... Stay connected:icon14:
I've tested the NOKIA STILL IMAGE EDITOR on the phone, and the installation doesn't works...:icon13:
Where did you get the Image Editor from?
I found it at:
http://www.europe.nokia.com/nokia/0,,87882,00.html
There are the original nokia software specific for 3250.
With still image editor installation the phone freezes:con?
Bye.
Hmm tht strange. Might just want to leave the phone for 10 minutes and see it the install resumes?
i hope symbian hasnt put the axe on its own foot by changing the software compatibilty. it wil take a long long time for consumers to get used to the new 3rd edition softwares, and longer to make them
I've installed the editor:icon14: , but only in offline mode. And the installer is TOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO SLOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOW.:icon13:
In the installer infos there is the "test" specification.....
It's a nice program.
hello... can somebody told me where I can get Fileman for 3250?
