Worms Forts!

I have tried running worms forts on my N70, but to no avail.

The N70 was in the compatibility list, but im not the only one who has had problems.

Has anyone else?

Is it fixable?

Is the software freeware? If not you may want to remove the attachment as sharing copyright software is against the forum rules and may earn you a ban. Apologies if it is legitimate free/shareware.

It could be that that specific version of the game is not compatible with the N70 :frown: I have tested lots of trialware both as .sis and .jar that's meant to be compatible with Series60v2 and they weren't useable on the N70. Bummer when it happens but it does happen. One good example is Nokia's own Sensor software, works on the 6680 and other handsets, doesn't work with the N70.

Still, thanks alot for clearing that up for me, ive had similar problems with about 5 other games, for similar reasons i expect.

Ahh well.

A new worms has just been released though, that looks very promising! Cnt wait for my operator to offer that for sale!

how odd, im using V2 aswell.

When i try to open the game, it opens for about 1/2 a sec then closes. Wierd.

Are you both running branded N70 firmware or generic Nokia versions?

umm, im just running the firmsware version out of the box.

Hehe what I'm getting at is are you both on the same network? For interest my handset exhibits the same behaviour as yours, ie it didn't work. I'm on Orange.

I have it for my N70 on Orange and I can't get it to work either and I have V2.0537.1.7 firmware, 😞
