My X was connected to my PC (the m-router signifies that) but the PC Connect software tells me to connect my device. I have tried re-installing the PC Connect, but the problem still remain the same. Pls help me out, you can mail me back on myemail address [email][email protected][/email]

First thing - what has changed? Have you installed a firewall on this PC? Is the cable damaged/twisted?
You might need to try removing the registry keys for the handset.
These are coded to the 15 digit IMEI number, so search for that.
