Hello Everyone
I am having problems with the keypad on my 7610; and im sure its not the keypad itself but a firmware problem.
None of the number keys work, nor do the * or # key. It registers that they are being pressed though, by bringing up a the white bubble where the numbers would appear. The "arrow" key thing works but i cant select anything by pressing it in the middle when in an application. And also, when i go to contacts, and I scroll up it starts to "mark" all the contacts with a tick.
I cant do a hardware format- 3 and green key and star, it just doesnt work. And obviously cant do the soft reset either.
Any ideas or do i have to send it to be repaired... I dont want to as my contract is just up!!
Anyway, any help would be much appreciated...
