You could locate a Nokia service/repair center near you and then take the phone there: http://www.nokia.com/repair
You might want to try this before taking it to Nokia Service center:
Switch off your phone and remove your MMC card. Put your phone on a charger. Press and hold The power button right throught the bootup. If you have a classic, release and press again at the standby charge screen. You might have to do this many times.
If you are able to start your phone, find a program called "Fixss.sis" and install it. I haven't had that startup problem since. You can find it by googleing "n-gage fixss".
If this doesn't work, then you are free to contact Nokia service center. 😊
