Soft keys not working properly

Hi,

My sendo keys are not working properly, mostly the soft keys both right and left and the joypad.I have to press very hard or press two to three time to make it work. Is there way to resolve it

please help

They could be broken, but first thing may be to remove the top cover and take out and clean the keypad and buttons. Also check the pad and see if it looks damaged.

Good opportunity to clean the inside of the screen too - dust does get in quite often.

I dropped the mobile quite a number of times, i will open the mobile and i will let you know if its damaged.

i opened the phone, i cound'nt find any damaged parts there, i cleaned them once , still the keys are hard, anything else that i can try
