go to a specialised store in your neighbourhood or look on the nokia site for shops in your area

http://www.nokia.com/repair will help you locate a Nokia service/repair center that can do a firmware update.

I have upgraded my N70 from 2.x to 5.x with some programs, Diego, Cable Driver 1.69 (i think) and Phoenix 2004/2006...

If you know spanish, there are a lot of tutorials in spanish (i don't know anyone in english, sorry) and read them.
