My battery was draining faster and bluetooth wouldn't work. Common problem apparently and all that is needed is an OS upgrade to 3.16. WELL I took my phone in to get it fixed. The phone "could not be fixed" according to the techys (there web site all any interested people is www.mobilerepair.com). I could aty least still use it when I took it in but when I got it back it was fryed, dead, kaput, does not work at all.
It is now a very expensive paper weight!
I am going in tomorrow to complain and hopefully get them to fork out for a new one (because I know they won't be able to get it back to the state it was at before). I don't fancy my luck.
Errm....The word warranty springs to mind :roll:

why didn't you take it to NSC? i think you can still do that!

and bout ur phone is it the one with the warranty from nokia or without ???

Even without a warranty, you should be able to get it fixed for a reasonable price.
I thought they just scanned the barcode under the battery anyway to check if it was in warrany...And of course it still will be as it is under 1 year old....Take it back to a NSC.
try to write a letter like i did! i wrote a letter to nokia switzerland complaining about their service and how their shops treat "us"! asking them what "customer first" means to them and stuff like that..
i got a new one after complaining with this letter! but bring it back to NSC

well i haven't had problems with software but i had dust under the screen! after 10 days i complained to nokia switzerland and as i have said before, they gave me new phone, cuz i checked my imei number it's not the same like i wrote it down before! 😃
