How can I reset the transfer tool (transfer content from one device to another). Somehow, I can't reset this tool is now always looking for a device that I tried to transfer content to. There's no reset option so I can start transferring to a new device. Anyone knows how to fix this?

Data Transfer is meant to be a "one time use" application meaning you should move data from one phone to another phone only once. The application does not synchronise which means that it does not tackle duplicates and so on.
For reseting, you will need a 3rd party file browser, e.g. FExplorer. The bundled Nokia file browser is too limited:
- with FExplorer remove file C:\system\shareddata\101ff93b.ini
You will then be able to restart the Data Transfer application without it being 'locked out'.
