Hi there, I thinking of flashing my N70, which is locked on 3. So if I flash ( to another firmware) , Does it remove the locked code to three as well?

Reflashing (updating the firmware) the unit does not remove the SIM lock. For a SIM lock unlocking code, you must get it from the network operator who locked it in the first place.
