The new version of route66- (7) is in my opinion far better than tomtom,and i have used both on the N70
my N70 has firmware v2.0539.1.2 . 19-10-05
never had any problems with bluetooth dropping off on route66 unlike tomtom.
it's also worth pointing out that version7 of route66 has had a complete makeover.
