Unlock Nokia N70 on 3 network UK

I have been trying since November Last year to get my N70 unlocked. I have spoken to Three and they have quoted me �150 -�170 to get the phone unlocked

you have to go to the nearest nokia store to get it unlocked and they will charge you near about $200.
