Just wanting to see if anyone else experienced this.
Yesterday I pulled my phone out of my bag to take a photo and it was turned off and very very warm. The battery was completely drained and it wouldn't power on. I had made a call an hour beforehand and noticed it was rather hot.
When I restarted it once I got home & it immeadiately complained about a shortage of memory. I have a 1gb MMC card but it seems camera still saves files to the built in memory and I have to shuffle them across to the memory card - but thats another issue. Or maybe not.
Has anyone else experience rapid power drain? I'm curious to know what would drain power so quickly and generate so much heat? There seems no obvious damage to the phone but its a bit of a worry if it happens again. Seems unlikely lack of free memory would cause it. What about leaving the camera on (the camera cover sometimes opens when sliding it in and out of the bag).
