my hp is n3660 and now it's malfunctioning....
yesterday i was just sending sms when suddenly it prompt an error message
system error,etc..
and it can't be turned off, so i remove the batt and restart my phone and now it's not starting (restarting again and again...)
i've go to format my phone but it can't be formatted (user area format)
do i hv to do full format???
will it cause internal failure????
plzz helppp.....

hello mikaru! i think your phone has suffered a software crash! it happened to me once or twice i think, getting the same system error message and then if i restart my phone, it fails to start!!!! :frown: so i think its best to get it reflashed! sorry!!

and the same moment I was recieving a sms it crashed.
everytime I turn it on I see app error and can't input anything, can't turn off and nothing
any idea to avoid the expensive nokia repair store here?
